Full refund

We offer a full money-back guarantee for services that don't meet your expectations or don't work properly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within two days of purchase to request a full refund. We will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Claim for reimbursement

  • The name of the service you have purchased
  • The date on which you made the purchase
  • Your name and e-mail address
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

Processing your request

We will process your refund request within 7 days of receiving your request. If your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to the payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our full refund policy. We cannot refund services that have been used inappropriately or have been tampered with in any way. Nor can we refund services that have been purchased in error or used after the money-back guarantee period. We reserve the right to determine whether a service is eligible for a refund.
